PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This The Customiser License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Wanga International for the The Customiser software product, which includes computer software and associated media and printed materials, and online documentation. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the The Customiser Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, promptly return the unused The Customiser Software Product to Wanga International.
THE CUSTOMISER SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The The Customiser Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The The Customiser Software Product is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This License Agreement grants you the following rights:
╖ Systems Software. You may install and use one copy of the The Customiser Software Product on a single computer.
╖ Storage/Network Use. You may also store or install a copy of the The Customiser Software Product on a storage device, such as a network server, used only to install or run the The Customiser Software Product on your other computers over an internal network; however, you must acquire and dedicate a license for each separate computer on which the The Customiser Software Product is installed or run from the storage device. A license for the The Customiser Software Product may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers.
╖ Hidden version Use. The hidden version can be distributed freely to the customers of the License holder. No charge may be levied by the license holder for this distribution. No other rights are implied by the hidden version.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
╖ Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the The Customiser Software Product , except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
╖ Rental. You may not rent or lease the The Customiser Software Product .
3. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the The Customiser Software Product and any copies of the The Customiser Software Product , are owned by Wanga International. You may either (a) make one copy of the The Customiser Software Product solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) install the The Customiser Software Product on a single computer provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the The Customiser Software Product .
LIMITED WARRANTY. Wanga International warrants that (a) the The Customiser Software Product will perform in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. To the extent allowed by applicable law, implied warranties on the The Customiser Software Product are limited to thirty (30) days.
